The hotel is fantastic for its location and breakfast. The kids were happy at the hotel. Very good value for money.

I think the hotel doesn't look so new anymore and they could have more cleaning and they could start renovating a little.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was ideal, right near a subway station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms that met all my needs. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a great range of well-prepared dishes with fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and speaking fluent English.

Easily accessible from Narita airport, with a direct limousine bus service. English-speaking staff provided consistent, high-quality service. Wonderful and polite room service. Non-smoking room easily accommodated. Close to train station and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Spectacular skyline view from the 36th floor cocktail bar.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel's location is highly convenient, with a subway station just across the avenue and easily accessible for those who want to explore the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The service from the staff is commendable, with the concierge team offering helpful recommendations and directions. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the lobby restaurant, which, despite being crowded, offers excellent service. the hotel provides stunning views of the city skyline or landmarks like Tokyo Tower.

It detracts from having the scalectric close

In spite of a change in the shade that was not in accordance with the beginning, everything is ok.

For my two successive stays, the original room didn't correspond to everything... I had to go back down each time to ask for another room. Then no worries.

Conveniently located near the metro, clean rooms with great views. Friendly and helpful staff, loaned me an adaptor. Good selection for breakfast. Efficient service for room requests.

The buffet of the restaurant in the evening looked like the one in the morning, the price was not at all justified (very expensive).

This hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of luxury and amenities. the exclusive spa centre and sauna were beautifully designed and perfect for relaxation. the swimming pool was stunning, and the outdoor pool was a highlight of my stay. the massage was top-notch and truly helped me unwind.

The restaurant was not as impressive as the rest of the hotel, with limited menu options and some dishes being overpriced. the packed lunches were a good alternative for days spent exploring the city.

The buffet breakfast at Ana Intercontinental was amazing, with a wide range of delicious options and fresh ingredients. I also found the concierge to be very helpful and the staff spoke excellent English. The location was perfect for exploring Tokyo, as it was centrally located and easy to access the subway.

there are old and new rooms, this is not obvious from the photos provided and we had to pay twice as much to get a new room. old rooms do not work at all.

In the reservation they didn't warn that you had to pay extra for the use of the pool and fitness center. We asked for two rooms together and didn't get them.

No outdoor swimming pool the only downside is that the hotel did not have an outdoor swimming pool. the spa and wellness centre made up for it with their massage services and sauna.

It's a little old.

I was really surprised by the elegance and beauty of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and seemed like a true 4-5 star experience. The restaurant on level 2 served an amazing steak sandwich that I couldn't get enough of. The location may seem far from the action, but the underground station nearby made it easy to access Ginza for high-end shopping and Roppongi for vibrant nightlife and dining options.
